This month the beneficiary for our green bags is Family Promise of Beaufort County.  Their mission is to provide temporary shelter, family stability and permanent housing solutions for homeless families with children by mobilizing resources from interfaith and secular communities.  And their vision is that every child will have a home!

How can you help?  Because of the pandemic, Family Promise is currently housing families in an extended stay hotel.  At this time, they need the following supplies: $25 Food Lion, Wal-Mart or Kroger Gift Cards, Paper Towels, Laundry Detergent, Toilet Paper, Size 3/4/5/6 Diapers, Lysol Spray, All Purpose Cleaner, Dove Soap, Clorox, Dryer Sheets, Lotion, and Baby Wipes.  Keep this organization in prayer, they would like to get back to housing families at local churches in the near future.

Later this month Ashley Beebe will be leading a team to Nigeria to help our Compassion Partner C.A.R.E. Africa.  They have put together an Amazon wishlist for items needed for the kids in their care.  You can simply order from the wishlist here.  Once you check out it will give you the option to ship directly Ashley’s house.  These items are needed by June 7th.
