  • During the RSVP process a health questionnaire needs to be filled out with regard to all people included in each reservation.

MASKS:

  • In accordance with both county and town ordinances, masks will be required by anyone attending any service at Live Oak.

Our Part

Here’s what we are doing to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety:

WELCOME

BUILDING ENTRANCES/EXITS

  • There will be two entrances to the building: the “side” entrance and the “back” entrance.
  • The main entrance to the building will be closed.
  • Following the services, guests will exit through the exterior emergency doors in Studio 5.

AT EACH ENTRANCE

  • Hand sanitizer and masks will be available.
  • Sealed communion packets will be handed out at the door.

WORSHIP

IN STUDIO 5

  • Those who enter from the “side” door will enter the auditorium through the front of the room; those who enter from the “back” door will enter using the back door.
  • According to reservations, families will be seated together with each family grouping spread out as best as possible.

DURING SERVICES

  • Each service will last approximately 1 hour.
  • There will be no greeting time.
  • Communion will be observed using the packets given at each entrance.
  • “Giving stations” will be set up for those who prefer to bring tithes/offerings in person. (Giving through our online options are strongly encouraged.)

ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS

  • Masks will be required for everyone in all of our worship services.
  • Social distancing will be in effect, as best as possible, throughout the building.
  • Our Hospitality Team members will do their best to keep the tight hallways of BSOD clear.
  • Clearly marked signs will be posted throughout BSOD to assist all of our guests.
  • Kids’ Ministry will not be offered, though we will make kids’ ministry/activity kits available for families who attend.
  • No coffee or donuts will be served, and the Connections Cafe will be closed for gatherings.
  • While the bathrooms will be made available, no water fountains will be accessible.
  • The front half of BSOD will be closed to the public.
  • All chairs and surfaces will be cleaned between services

We can’t wait to see each one of you and to worship along side of you all! Thank you for your patience, and for understanding that a little sacrifice on your part can make a world of difference to someone else.
